Return Policy

All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of when the order was placed. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. It is recommended that insurance be purchased for the return, as Blue Roan Turquoise will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping. 

If you would like additional photographs or would like to video chat to further view the product, feel free to reach out via email or instagram to set up a time for a video chat! We would love to show you additional images and views of the item you are interested in. 

Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit as sale items are final. 

If there was a fraudulent charge, please contact Blue Roan Turquoise before filing a dispute to ensure the transaction is in fact incorrect.
